wozu.ai is a private AI chat interface, running on a dedicated server I manage on your behalf. Chat history and user data are stored exclusively on that server — never transmitted to or retained by third-party infrastructure outside the service providers described below.

Mistral AI (mistral.ai) — AI inference. When you send a message, the content of that prompt is transmitted to Mistral's API for processing and a response is returned. Mistral AI is a French company incorporated under EU law, and a data processing agreement is in place. Further information is available at mistral.ai/privacy.

Brevo (brevo.com, formerly Sendinblue) — Transactional email. Brevo is used to send account-related emails such as invitations and password resets. It is an EU-based service provider, and a data processing agreement is in place. Further information is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Contabo (contabo.com) — Server hosting. Application data is stored on Contabo servers located in the European Union. Further information is available at contabo.com/en/legal/privacy.

PostHog (posthog.com) — Product analytics. Within the application, usage events (pages visited, features used) are recorded and tied to your user account so we can understand and improve the product. We use PostHog's EU cloud: analytics data is processed and stored exclusively in the European Union (Frankfurt), and a data processing agreement is in place. Usermaven (usermaven.com) — Product analytics. Records comparable in-app usage events tied to your user account, with data hosted in the EU. A data processing agreement is in place. Further information is available at usermaven.com/privacy-policy.

Within the application, the analytics services listed above use cookies or similar browser storage tied to your signed-in account, solely to understand product usage. No data is collected for advertising or profiling purposes, and nothing is shared with ad networks. This marketing website (wozu.ai) itself uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

The following personal data is processed in the course of using the service:

Account data (name and email address) is required to create and maintain a user account. Chat history is stored on that dedicated server for the duration of your use. Usage statistics — specifically token counts — are recorded locally for quota management purposes. No data is shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed above.

Processing is carried out on the basis of GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party, namely the provision of the wozu.ai service.

Personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure, data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact [email protected]. I will respond within the timeframes required by law.
