Everything you need to know to get wozu.ai running for your team.

wozu.ai is a private AI chat platform powered by Mistral AI, hosted and managed for you. This guide walks you through what you get and how to get your team set up.

What you get

  • A private chat interface (similar to ChatGPT) on a dedicated server we manage for you
  • User management — you control who has access
  • Per-user system prompts — customise AI behaviour per team member
  • Usage tracking — see how your team uses the platform
  • EU-based AI inference via Mistral

Prerequisites

None — wozu.ai is fully managed. You don't bring a server, a domain, or an API key; we handle hosting, updates, and the AI models.

Access is invite-only. To get started, email [email protected] with a few words about your team, and we provision a private workspace for your organisation.

Your first login

Once wozu.ai is deployed, you'll receive:

  1. Your subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.wozu.ai)
  2. Your admin email and temporary password

Log in, then immediately go to Admin → Users to change your password and create accounts for your team.

Creating users

Only admins can create user accounts. There is no self-signup.

  1. Go to /admin/users
  2. Enter the user's email and click Create user
  3. Copy the generated password and send it to them securely
  4. They log in and can change their password on first use
